Special Show ‘Specialities from the Region – by Butchers for Butchers’

Supplying colleagues with individual or regional specialities is an important trend in the butchers’ trade because it enables them to supplement their assortments with high-quality goods and, at the same time, cut costs in relation to in-house production. The German Butchers’ Association will take account of this trend with a special show entitled ‘Specialities from the Region – by Butchers for Butchers’. On the basis of three selected butchers’ shops, the presentation in Hall 6.1 will show how butchers can profit from selling their specialities via colleagues or how butchers can upgrade their assortment using specialities from other regions.
